Shane Hindocha grew up in a town in south-east London. From working in Mcdonald's and having zero experience in property, Shane went on to personally agree and sign off over £500m of properties, secure over 1,500 investor properties and work closely with most of UK’s national house developers, banks and smaller private vendors.

In addition, Shane brokered and sold a £65million deal, released a motivational book and has been involved in negotiations for over 10 years.

He has established and become founder of a variety of different businesses including a property investment consultancy, a marketing agency, a cryptocurrency company, a property development company and an academy. The Shane Academy now provides the most advanced property sourcing training in UK.
